Test Candidates

Your free candidate results, and what they cover

What the free allowance includes, when it is used up, and what happens to results that arrive after it.

Last updated 21 September 2026

Every new organisation gets a number of free candidate results. They are yours permanently, they never expire, and you do not need a card to use them. The current allowance is shown on the plans page and on your billing and usage page.

What a single free result covers

One candidate, not one test. A candidate whose assessment contains several tests still counts once, however many they take. That is the same unit you are charged in later, so the free allowance is a genuine trial of the real thing rather than a smaller version of it.

It covers everything a paid result covers: every score, the full report, the personality and drives profiles, comparison, export and the PDF.

When a free result is used

A result is counted when a completed test unlocks for your organisation, which happens shortly after the candidate submits. It is counted once per candidate, the first time.

Nothing is counted for a candidate who registers and never finishes a test. You can share your link widely without spending anything on people who drop out before submitting.

When the allowance runs out

Once the free allowance is used, results stop unlocking automatically unless you have either a prepaid balance or a card saved for usage billing. Candidates can still register, still take their tests and still submit them. Their results wait, and the score shows as Locked in your lists.

Anything you have already unlocked stays unlocked and stays readable. Adding a card or buying a pack releases the waiting ones.

The allowance is per organisation

It belongs to the workspace, not to each person in it. Inviting colleagues does not add to it, and neither does creating a second assessment.
