If you recruit on behalf of other companies, you can brand each client's assessments with that client's name and logo instead of your own. Candidates see the client's brand. The report says it was prepared for the client by your agency. It works through teams: one team per client.
Set a client up
You need to be an admin.
- Account menu, then Teams. Add a team named after the client.
- Click Edit on the team and tick This team is a client.
- Enter the client's name. Optionally upload their logo (PNG or JPG) and enter
a brand colour as a hex code such as
#1B1C40. - Save the team.
Then put the client's assessments in that team: on the Assessments page, choose the team in the Team column, or set it on the assessment's own page. New assessments made by someone who is only in that team go into it automatically. See use teams to split up your workspace.
What changes for candidates
On every assessment in a client-branded team:
- The invitation email is sent by your agency, carries the client's name and logo, and says the assessment is for the client. The footer names your agency as the sender.
- The candidate's pages show the client's name, logo and colour where they would otherwise show yours. Your own welcome message, description and help details still appear; your cover image does not.
- Nothing else changes. The tests, the timing and the integrity checks are the same.
A team with client branding switched off behaves exactly as before.
What changes on the report
Reports for candidates on a client-branded assessment start with a strip showing the client's logo and "Prepared for [client] by [your agency]". It prints with the report, so a downloaded report carries it.
If a candidate has taken assessments for two clients, their standalone report names both clients. The report inside an assessment shows only that assessment's client.
Who sees what
Client branding changes what candidates and reports show. It does not change who in your workspace can see an assessment: that is still decided by teams and by whether someone is on All teams. Locked results stay locked everywhere, including on client-branded reports, until they are unlocked.
Clients do not log in. You download or print the report and send it to them.
Changing or removing a client brand
Edit the team at any time. Untick This team is a client to go back to your own branding on its assessments. Remove the logo and candidates see the client's name in text instead. Deleting the team moves its assessments to no team and removes the client branding with it.
