You are being assessed by an employer, using us. That split matters for almost every privacy question, so it is worth understanding first.
Who controls your information
The employer decides why you were assessed, what happens to your results, who sees them and how long they are kept. They are responsible for that.
We run the assessment on their instructions: we hold your answers, score them and present the results to them.
So questions about the recruitment itself go to the employer, and questions about how the platform handles your information can come to us.
What information we collect
The email address the employer invited you on, your answers, your results, and practical facts about the sitting such as which tests you completed and whether time ran out.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your results with other employers. Each assessment belongs to the organisation that sent it.

Your rights over your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted.
